Travel by Road in Switzerland

Traffic drives on the right. Every town and village can be reached by an adequate system of roads. Travel by motorway is subject to a toll according to distance covered and type of vehicle.
Driving Licence & vehicle documents must be carried at all times and you will need to bring your own national driving licence if planning to drive in Switzerland. The minimum driving age is 18.
